Examination & Records

Dr. Jacobson will conduct a thorough examination and discuss her findings with you, as well as answer any questions you may have about braces and orthodontic treatment.

Once you and Dr. Jacobson have decided orthodontics is right for you, we will compile a complete set of Orthodontic Records. These records consist of 3-D digital models of the patient’s teeth, radiographs (x-rays), and photographs.
